Organizations are the vehicle through which we touch and affect society. Boards can choose to have a significant impact and influence on the Critical Outcomes the organization will have. This workshop will address the constructs and process for the board to create meaningful, relevant, and achievable "Ends". The concept of building impactful Ends is critical to the Board's role and function as the Ends guide the CEO and organization purpose and focus having real impact on real people who have real needs. Ends are the governing tool that most enable the Board to positively influence people's outcomes and lives building a better tomorrow for our broader communities.
